Office Overhead Expense Insurance for Texas Bar Members

Office Overhead Expense Insurance is intended to provide a monthly benefit to help you meet the ordinary and fixed office expenses that continue in your absence in the event you become totally disabled as the result of a covered sickness or accident. Maintaining these expenses in your absence is vitally important and this benefit may prevent you having to decrease staff, resort to savings or investments, or rely on disability benefits to pay the overhead expenses. The normal and regular business expenses are covered under the plan.
